I've ordered from this seller before with nothing but positive experiences, but this time ran into a problem with a custom pipe, I submitted a replacement request, but I was honestly really let down by the interaction, there was a lot of miscommunication, I never had an issue with the quality of the pipes before, but with this one that was supposed to be a replacement for a broken pipe was just not the quality I expected (I wasn't looking for a perfect copy of my last pipe, just a similar overall look)...the tentacles, eyes etc were perfect but head was visibly misshapen like almost completely melted to the pipe & not at all like the listing or previous pipes - I will not order again, this definitely ruined the entire experience for me.
